• Vice President/ President Elect • The Vice-President will serve in the absence of the President and will perform such other duties as would be helpful in maintaining a strong and effective Booster Club. The Vice-President will be a liaison between the Booster Board and other school organizations. The Vice-President/President Elect shall serve as President the year following service as Vice-President
• Secretary • The Secretary will keep an accurate record of the proceedings of each meeting of the Booster Club and the Board, submit the records to the Board, and disseminate information or otherwise. He/she will also issue notices of Board meetings and have other powers and duties as are normally incident to such office or as may be assigned by the Board President or the Board.
