Given the fact that the liberalization has been carried
through to a considerable extent, i t is impracticable to
give a rather exact prognosis, in contrast to previous years
when exports and imports were controlled by quota systems.
Therefore the prognosis had to be limited to an estimate of
the overall balance the break down of which was estimated
for the most important areas only, ks a matter of fact these
break down figures may interchange as a result of switches*
