FERTILITY: To minimize the variance in success of our gender SELECTed
sires, Select Sires closely scrutinizes both the semen quality and fi eld
fertility data of conventional semen before a bull is allowed to qualify as a
candidate for sex-sorting. Select Sires continually collects conception data
from herds using gender SELECTed semen to calculate sexed semen fertility
deviations and removes bulls from the lineup that perform unacceptably.
OPPORTUNITY: Dairy producers who have used Select Sires' gender
SELECTed semen value the opportunities they have - more heifers for sale,
replacements and internal expansion and smaller calves from fi rst calf heif-
