The incumbent is informed that his/her appointment ordered in Para-I above is purely temporary and liable to be
terminated at any time for valid reasons by the undersigned. He/she is also directed to note the following:
a) The incumbent has to produce a Physical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon in
Government in the prescribed format (in- duplicate) to the effect that he/she is having sound health and good habits and free from
any bodily defect or infirmity.
b) The incumbent has to compulsorily attend verification with all documents which will be held at a fixed place and time as indicated in
Annexure to this order. Any failure to attend this verification will make this appointment null and void.
c) During verification, if the documents produced are not found to be genuine, then this order of appointment will automatically
become null and void.
d) The incumbent should note that there will be a detailed verification of his/her character, conduct and antecedents by the
Superintendent of Police of the district concerned. If the character, conduct and antecedents are found to be not satisfactory and
against public interest, then also this order of appointment will stand automatically cancelled.
e) The incumbent is formed that he/she shall not bring any pressure for postings to a particular place. If such attempt is made, then
this order of appointment will automatically stand cancelled.
f) The incumbent shall attend the verification of documents which will be followed by a counseling session where he/she will be finally
allotted a suitable place of posting.
g) The incumbent shall join at the new place of posting within 30 days failing which his/her name will be removed from the approved
list of candidates as per rule – 11 of APSSS Rules,1996.
h) The list of documents that need to be brought for verification is given in Annexure-II.

Commission, Hyderabad is hereby appointed temporarily as Junior Lecturer in BOTANY ,in the Scale of Rs. 18030-490-
18520-530-20110-570-21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-
43630/- (RPS,2010).
The incumbent is informed that his/her appointment ordered in Para-I above is purely temporary and liable to be
terminated at any time for valid reasons by the undersigned. He/she is also directed to note the following:
a) The incumbent has to produce a Physical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon in
Government in the prescribed format (in- duplicate) to the effect that he/she is having sound health and good habits and free from
any bodily defect or infirmity.
b) The incumbent has to compulsorily attend verification with all documents which will be held at a fixed place and time as indicated in
Annexure to this order. Any failure to attend this verification will make this appointment null and void.
c) During verification, if the documents produced are not found to be genuine, then this order of appointment will automatically
become null and void.
d) The incumbent should note that there will be a detailed verification of his/her character, conduct and antecedents by the
Superintendent of Police of the district concerned. If the character, conduct and antecedents are found to be not satisfactory and
against public interest, then also this order of appointment will stand automatically cancelled.
e) The incumbent is formed that he/she shall not bring any pressure for postings to a particular place. If such attempt is made, then
this order of appointment will automatically stand cancelled.
f) The incumbent shall attend the verification of documents which will be followed by a counseling session where he/she will be finally
allotted a suitable place of posting.
g) The incumbent shall join at the new place of posting within 30 days failing which his/her name will be removed from the approved
list of candidates as per rule – 11 of APSSS Rules,1996.
h) The list of documents that need to be brought for verification is given in Annexure-II.
