This unique Japanese distilled spirit can be made from numerous<br />

ingredients, including barley, sugar cane, buckwheat, sweet potato &<br />

rice. It generally has a 25% alcohol volume but this can rise to 45%,<br />

depending on what it has been made from. Shochu can be enjoyed in a<br />

variety of ways – on the rocks or with tea, hot or cold water, your<br />

favourite mixer or one of our infused syrups & sodas. Please check<br />
