Reservations can be made by fax or email directly to the hotel on the above contact details. All
reservations and minimum deposit equivalent to one night’s cost of stay must be received upon
booking to be guaranteed.
Should we not receive the booking and payment by the 27 th of January 2013 the Hotel reserves the
right to cancel the reservations without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOWS
- Any cancellations less than 48 Hours, no shows or early departures will result in one night’s stay deposit
being forfeited or charged and any other associated charges will be passed on to the individual.
