INSPECTOR Data Logger<br />
The INSPECTOR is an interactive data-logger that records the welding process. it can be used with all DELTA welding machines. As<br />
well as controlling the welding cycle in real time, based on memorised standards, the INSPECTOR signals and stops the process in<br />
case of a malfunction or operators mistake*. This data logger can be used with the “Dual Pressure” welding system.<br />
The INSPECTOR can easily be connected to a PC with the help of the software supplied with the data-logger.<br />
* please note the inspector does not physically stop the welding, as this is always controlled by the operator.<br />

Elektra Electrofusion <strong>Welding</strong> Machines<br />
The ELEKTRA electrofusion welding machines are a high quality data-logging machine suitable for welding all brands of PE pressure<br />
electrofusion couplings (from 8 – 48V). the Elektra is offered in two versions (400 and 800) and are designed to weld multiple couplings in<br />
succession, with no waiting time for the machine to cool down between welds.<br />
All ELEKTRA machines are semi automatic with fusion data entered either manually or via the barcode pen (barcode scanner on request).<br />
The machines incorporate a Data-logging function with a built in memory for 4000 weld cycles. this data can be easily transferred to a PC,<br />
printer or USB memory storage device using the <strong>Ritmo</strong>’s transfer Software.<br />
ELEKTRA machines are all supplied complete with a transport case, manual scraper and 4.7mm adaptor pins.<br />
