The Newest Innovation In TPO Roofing Is Here. And It’s...
EXTREME.
New 50 mil and 70 mil EverGuard Extreme ® blow away “standard” TPO.
(At a price your customers will love!)
Last year, we introduced our
revolutionary EverGuard Extreme ®
Advanced Protection ® TPO in 60 mil
and 80 mil thicknesses. To put
it bluntly, EverGuard Extreme ®
blows away standard TPO in
heat aging and UV weathering
tests. Hands down.
Now, we’re introducing 50 mil and
70 mil versions—with virtually
identical performance characteristics.
What does that mean for you? 50 mil
EverGuard Extreme ® offers superior
performance to standard 60 mil
TPO—but for virtually the same price!
The same is true for 70 mil EverGuard
Extreme ® , which is similar in price to
standard 80 mil TPO, but with vastly
superior performance.
With new 50 mil and 70 mil
EverGuard Extreme ® TPO, your
customers will never have to choose
between performance and price—
they’ll get it all. While you get more
than your fair share of their business!
See The Proof...
Even after the most severe accelerated heat aging at 280ºF,
EverGuard Extreme ® TPO still looks brand new!
But, a leading competitor’s standard TPO shows severe
deterioration on both the top and bottom of the membrane.
NEW 2012 UBC Codes/Compliance
Mark Graham, NRCA
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Building codes are changing, and you should be prepared. In this session
learn how these changes will impact property owners interested in
energy efficient roofing. What the changes mean to the roofing industry
and members up and down the value chain? NRCA Associate Executive
Director of Technical Services Mark Graham will discuss these at length so
you, the roofing contractor, will know exactly how to comply. This may
just be the MOST beneficial seminar you can learn from that will
directly affect the way you do business.
2013 Codes - Will New Roof Reflectance
Requirements Cause Condensation
Phil Dreggar, Technical Roof Services
9:15am - 10:30am
Starting January 1, 2014 roofs in California will need to meet high
reflectance values intended to save energy. But can increased reflectance
also cause condensation? This talk will suggest ways roofing contractors
can comply with the code and avoid increased moisture accumulation in
their roofs.
Reroofs usually involve leaving drain systems the way they are but what
if the drains/overflows are too small? Some say code requires contractors
to upgrade to current requirements. This talk will review storm drainage
requirements and suggest ways contractors can address undersized
systems.
Spouse Program (Includes lunch)
11:00am - 1:30pm
In recent years, various new industry standards have been published that
greatly affect the asphalt shingle roofing industry. WSRCA’s Technical
Advisor, Jim Carlson, will review the most essential changes that every
asphalt shingle roofing contractor, specifier, roof designer, and roofer
should be aware of, including:
· Recently revised ASTM standards regarding asphalt shingles, including
a fairly new Test Method for asphalt shingles, as well as a new ASTM
Material Standard that establishes new classifications for asphalt
shingles based on several criteria, including wind-uplift resistance, with
mile-per-hour wind speed ratings;
· New International Building Code requirements, and;
· A brief bit of unbiased information regarding what seems to be
the often-evolving warranties offered by major asphalt shingle
manufacturers.
Improve Your Business...Important Marketing
Principles
Rod Menzel, Great Way Roofing
10:45am - 12noon
Marketing is constantly evolving and there are more channels to distribute
your message today than ever before. As this new wave of channels has
flooded the market place both the consumer (and the small business
owner)have become overwhelmed and are dealing by resisting. Increase
the volume of marketing and all you end up with is a jaded consumer
increasing their resistance. By taking a courtship approach to marketing
you will get noticed and create a favorable view of your business. We will
discuss effective marketing principles that assist the consumer rather than
assault them.
Fleece-backed Membranes and Two Part Urethane
Foam Adhesives (Installation Opportunities
Contractors Can Really Benefit From!)
Dre Didriksen, FleeceBACK Technical Sales,
Carlisle SynTec Systems
10:45am - 12noon
The presentation will cover the newest installation opportunities
contractors should be aware of for installing fleece-backed single-ply
roofing membranes. It will cover:
- knowing the Two Part urethane adhesives available
- how they work with Fleece-backed membranes
- the install benefits and system concerns contractors should be aware of
- equipment needed
- marketing opportunities
- case studies
Welcome to “the biggest little city in the world” – RENO and your special
private gaming program. Topics covered include game rules, how to play,
how to win, winning strategy, betting systems, gambling tips, glossary
(terminology), on: Blackjack, Roulette, Poker classic and variants, Slots and
Videopoker, and other new games.
While the majority of people who go to a casino know how to play casino
games, there are those that happen to visit a casino but have never seen a
roulette wheel in action or a blackjack player busting. The lessons are not just
for beginners. Regular gamblers may want to learn a game they have never
tried before or are not sure of or just want to improve their existing gaming
skill. The gaming lessons will also teach helpful things a beginner probably
would not know initially. They show you where you should place your cards,
chips and bets, and which are forbidden areas on and around the tables. We
will set you with “funny money” and the lady with the most $$ at the end of
the session will receive a wonderful prize. This program spells nothing but
