Steps taken/ planned to meet targets for 2011-12:
– Districts have been instructed to hasten implementation of training
programme (priority wise )
– Preparation of training calendar
– Regular monitoring of and to enhance training capacity to meet targets
for 2011-12.
– Inclusion of DPU, RCH Coordinator in training coordination, Training
Nodal Officer and RCH team at district level in the training programmes
Steps taken to monitor quality of training and post-training skills
utilisation
– Monitoring Visits by State Level Programme Officers and Faculties of
G&O Departments of MCHs and independent agency (SOMI) and
Nursing college and schools at training venues for different training
programmes for improvement of the training quality.
Strengthening T.A. system of 45 SBA training centres and 3 H&FW
centres . Amount requested – 49.50 Lakhs
