This diagram shows how the Regional Park<br />
model would develop a virtuous circle to allow<br />
Government to engage UK business <strong>an</strong>d<br />
communities in a positive <strong>an</strong>d tr<strong>an</strong>sparent<br />
m<strong>an</strong>ner. It uses the levies from UK businesses<br />
<strong>an</strong>d communities as core funding to support <strong>an</strong>d<br />
raise awareness through sub regional <strong>an</strong>d<br />
local environmental projects, support the<br />
Government’s objectives <strong>an</strong>d help to address<br />
CLIMATE CHANGE.<br />
Once the initial scheme has achieved success<br />
the model c<strong>an</strong> be taken forward <strong>an</strong>d rolled out<br />
nationally by the Regional Park network <strong>an</strong>d,<br />
subsequently, could be exported to our<br />
Europe<strong>an</strong> partners.<br />
