W hat do bucking bulls, barn design and horse fencing have in<br />

<strong>The</strong>y're all part of the Spring Open House, Sale, Equine Information Seminars and Dodge Rodeo<br />
Bull Buck Out at System Fencing on May 1 & 2, 2009.<br />
Join your friends for two exciting days as System Fencing celebrates over 22 years in business, now<br />
at their new location at the corner of 5th Line Nassagaweya and Highway 7 between Rockwood and<br />
Acton.<br />
Friday, May 1 is Day One of the Spring celebration with four Equine information seminars starting at<br />
10 a.m. Gayle Ecker, Senior Manager of Equine Guelph will present the Horse Health Check: a<br />
systematic method of examining your horse. Gary Van Bolderen of Dutch Masters Construction will<br />
set you up with farmstead planning. This would include roads, fencing, services, parking, manure,<br />
trees, ponds, sand rings, permits, anything to do<br />
outside the barn. In the afternoon, Susan<br />
Raymond of Equine Guelph will talk about stable<br />
design and management for a healthy horse<br />
followed by Equine Canada and Ontario<br />
Equestrian Federation Past President, Al<br />
Patterson re-living the magic of the Canadian<br />
Olympic Team victories.<br />
On Saturday, your Equine education will continue<br />
with fencing demonstrations at 9 a.m., followed<br />
by Gayle Ecker presenting You, Me and Horses -<br />
a comparison of basic anatomy between the<br />
young horse and the human. Herman Post of<br />
Post Construction will pass along his advice on<br />
barn interior design: Where do you put your tack<br />
room? What's the best place for the feed room or<br />
wash rack? Come and find out.<br />
You'll want to stay for an exciting afternoon as<br />
the Dodge Rodeo brings their most dangerous
sport to a specially built sand ring behind the System Fence Warehouse. Professional bull riders will<br />
compete for a $1,000 Jackpot as they buck out a string of bulls with crowd favourite Shorty Leggs<br />
the Rodeo Clown keeping you laughing.<br />
<strong>The</strong> System Fencing Super Sale will run all weekend and Equine Guelph's popular interactive<br />
EquiMania! will be there too. Admission is free and lunch will be available on the grounds with all<br />
proceeds going to Cancer research. See you there!<br />
