New AO logo is available for members
to display on their websites
A specially designed logo/member
badge is now available to active AO
members for placement on their websites.
By displaying this logo on their
practice websites, members will identify
themselves as AO members – calling
attention to their expertise in implant
dentistry as well as providing a direct
link to the patient education section
of the AO website.
The modified logo is intended for
online use only (not for print) and
can be used in other forms of
electronic media, such as e-mails
and e-newsletters. The logo is
designed to include the “AO” official
logo lettering to help establish
the AO brand with dental patients.
To receive this new logo, members
should log on to the AO website at
www.osseo.org, proceed to the
Members Login section and click on the
link for “Request the new AO member
badge.” Once active membership status
has been confirmed, the image files
(formatted as JPEG, GIF, and PNG
files) will be forwarded by email with
guidelines for use.
New AO online logo is available in several formats for member websites.
“We have had many members request
the AO logo for use on their websites
and are very happy to finally offer this
new member badge. Not only will the
AO badge identify affiliation with the
world’s premier organization for the
advancement of implant dentistry but
will allow members’ patients a direct
link into the AO online patient education
resource,” says Terri Vargulich, AO
Marketing Communications Manager.
“Studies show that patients are
more aggressively researching
treatment options online and the
more information practitioners
can provide through links to other
resources, the more value they add
to their own websites,” Vargulich
emphasizes. “We hope that all
members choose to proudly display
this specially designed AO
logo and make the patient education
section of the AO website one easy click
away for their patients.”
