DLP® Left Atrial Pressure Monitoring Catheter Placement (PCP) Sets SURGICAL SUPPORT PRODUCTS The DLP Left Atrial Pressure Monitoring Catheter Placement Sets are an <strong>ideal</strong> option for measuring cardiac performance postoperatively. The catheters measure left atrial pressure in real time to accurately display critical pre-load pressures of the left heart. The catheter tubing has depth markings that are attached to a female luer. The peel-away needles permit catheter insertion through the chest wall and pulmonary vein without utilizing an integral introducer. 40 Care and caution should be taken to avoid damage to vessels and cardiac tissue during cannulation or other cardiac surgery procedures.
