REMItop vario is the multifunctional roof light from REMIS - for all
caravans and motor homes with a roof thickness of 25 - 55 mm.
What is „top“ about REMItop vario?
The quality of the materials is right down to the last detail. The
extremely robust frame of high quality plastic is highly persuasive.
The domed, double roof lights of toned acrylic provide a high level
of insulation.
The interior frame system can be set to shut out the light and/or
provide protection against insects. In respect of its principle the
blind system is the same as that which has proved itself for many
years in many different REMIS products.
„Crank up“ the convenience
Operating the complete roof light system is as easy as it is functional.
With the aid of a new crank handle, even smaller persons
can now open the roof window by up to 60° without effort. And in
this way improve the ventilation and visibility. An overload protection
device prevents the thread of the crank being damaged if the
window dome contacts an obstruction (e.g. the branch of a tree)
when being opened.
The pleated material is steplessly adjustable and can be snapped into
the flyscreen blind that is located opposite it. The flyscreen blind has
an especially small mesh and ensures complete protection.
What is „vario“ about REMItop vario?
Multifunctionality as well as a range of fitting-out options mean
that no wish need remain unfulfilled. For example REMIS offers a
variant in which the panel of the interior frame is in wood design.
One fitting-out variant offers up to 3 ventilating fans. These are
integrated in the head piece and can be switched on and off individually.
A two-stage rocker switch permits the fans to be operated
in power-saving mode – naturally also if the roof window is closed.
As a further option the fans can be mounted anywhere within the
inside of the caravan / motor home.
In contrast to the maintenance-free roof light, the nonwoven filter
can be easily removed and cleaned.
A further variant permits up to 4 halogen spotlights (each max. 10 W)
to be fitted instead of fans.
Installation
Naturally the scope of delivery of every REMItop vario roof window
includes installation instructions. After the appropriate hole
has been cut in the roof, the preassembled REMItop vario is put in
position from the outside. Then screw up the securing clamps and
fit the lower frame. Job done!
