TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br />
Purchase Orders<br />
A signed purchase order is required before<br />
any shipment is released. All orders are subject<br />
to final approval by <strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc.<br />
Possession of this price list, the spreadsheet listing or<br />
the Acrobat (.pdf format) version does not automatically<br />
extend to the bearer any right to purchase from<br />
<strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc. or The <strong>Dudson</strong> Group (UK).<br />
Delivery<br />
All shipments are FOB <strong>Dudson</strong> Distribution<br />
Center, Raleigh, North Carolina unless<br />
otherwise stipulated by <strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc.<br />
Returns<br />
Returns will not be accepted unless a written<br />
authorization and a return authorization number<br />
have been obtained in advance from <strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc.<br />
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to<br />
the sender at the sender’s expense. Any returns that<br />
are not defective or that are not a result of an error in<br />
shipment will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.<br />
All goods must be in original cartons and shipped to<br />
arrive undamaged. Otherwise, no credit will be allowed.<br />
Returns are not allowed on non-stock items or patterns.<br />
Breakage and Shortage<br />
As all goods are shipped on the freight basis of<br />
FOB <strong>Dudson</strong> Distribution Center, Raleigh, North<br />
Carolina, they are shipped at the customer’s risk and<br />
all claims must be made with the carrier within three<br />
(3) days of receipt of goods. Visible damage should<br />
be noted on the delivery documents at the time<br />
of receipt. All LTL shipments are issued under Class<br />
92-1/2 and are released at full value unless otherwise<br />
stipulated by the customer at the time the purchase<br />
order is submitted to <strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc. The customer<br />
is responsible for all damages. Any discrepancies<br />
regarding quantities shipped requiring a proof-ofdelivery<br />
must be submitted within thirty (30) days of<br />
the invoice date. Freight carriers will not provide this<br />
information after thirty (30) days without a surcharge<br />
that is then the responsibility of the customer.<br />
Payment and Credit Terms<br />
All credit terms are Net 30 Days upon approval of<br />
credit. A charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed<br />
on all past due accounts. A minimum deposit of<br />
50% of the value of the order will be required for<br />
custom or non-stock orders. Any back-orders for<br />
customers with past due accounts may be allocated,<br />
at <strong>Dudson</strong>’s sole discretion, to other customers.<br />
<strong>Price</strong>s<br />
The prices contained within this <strong>Price</strong> <strong>List</strong>, the<br />
spreadsheet listing and the Acrobat (.pdf format)<br />
version are list prices and do not include freight cost<br />
or taxes. <strong>Price</strong>s are subject to change without notice.<br />
Minimum Order<br />
The minimum order is carton quantities or multiples<br />
thereof. Broken case order quantities will not be<br />
accepted or shipped. A $15 handling charge will be<br />
added to all orders under $200 of the net invoice value.<br />
Size Variation<br />
In accordance with generally accepted industry<br />
standards and practice, variations in the size of under or<br />
over 1/8” or 10% in capacity are considered acceptable.<br />
Factory Direct Orders<br />
<strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc. will accept “factory direct” orders<br />
from authorized dealers and distributors that ship<br />
directly from the UK factories. The minimum order size<br />
for these factory direct orders is 250 dozen per pattern<br />
and five (5) cases per item. <strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc. or the UK<br />
factories will not accept purchase orders that do not<br />
meet these minimum quantities. Please contact your<br />
<strong>Dudson</strong> Regional Sales Manager for more information.<br />
Custom Decoration<br />
The quantities supplied are subject to plus or minus<br />
10% of the quantity ordered according to generally<br />
accepted industry standards and practices. All orders<br />
for custom decorations must be in writing and<br />
cancellations or returns are not allowed. All orders for<br />
custom decorations or custom products require a 50%<br />
deposit before the purchase order will be processed.<br />
Plate Covers and Lowerators<br />
Because of the industry generally accepted<br />
standard size variation of +/- 1⁄8", please<br />
contact your <strong>Dudson</strong> sales respresentative<br />
when sizing plate covers or lowerators.<br />
<strong>Dudson</strong> <strong>USA</strong> Inc. is not responsible for omissions or<br />
typographical errors in this <strong>Price</strong> <strong>List</strong>, the spreadsheet<br />
listing or the Acrobat (.pdf format) version.<br />
