TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase Orders
A signed purchase order is required before
any shipment is released. All orders are subject
to final approval by Dudson USA Inc.
Possession of this price list, the spreadsheet listing or
the Acrobat (.pdf format) version does not automatically
extend to the bearer any right to purchase from
Dudson USA Inc. or The Dudson Group (UK).
Delivery
All shipments are FOB Dudson Distribution
Center, Raleigh, North Carolina unless
otherwise stipulated by Dudson USA Inc.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted unless a written
authorization and a return authorization number
have been obtained in advance from Dudson USA Inc.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to
the sender at the sender’s expense. Any returns that
are not defective or that are not a result of an error in
shipment will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
All goods must be in original cartons and shipped to
arrive undamaged. Otherwise, no credit will be allowed.
Returns are not allowed on non-stock items or patterns.
Breakage and Shortage
As all goods are shipped on the freight basis of
FOB Dudson Distribution Center, Raleigh, North
Carolina, they are shipped at the customer’s risk and
all claims must be made with the carrier within three
(3) days of receipt of goods. Visible damage should
be noted on the delivery documents at the time
of receipt. All LTL shipments are issued under Class
92-1/2 and are released at full value unless otherwise
stipulated by the customer at the time the purchase
order is submitted to Dudson USA Inc. The customer
is responsible for all damages. Any discrepancies
regarding quantities shipped requiring a proof-ofdelivery
must be submitted within thirty (30) days of
the invoice date. Freight carriers will not provide this
information after thirty (30) days without a surcharge
that is then the responsibility of the customer.
Payment and Credit Terms
All credit terms are Net 30 Days upon approval of
credit. A charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed
on all past due accounts. A minimum deposit of
50% of the value of the order will be required for
custom or non-stock orders. Any back-orders for
customers with past due accounts may be allocated,
at Dudson’s sole discretion, to other customers.
Prices
The prices contained within this Price List, the
spreadsheet listing and the Acrobat (.pdf format)
version are list prices and do not include freight cost
or taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order
The minimum order is carton quantities or multiples
thereof. Broken case order quantities will not be
accepted or shipped. A $15 handling charge will be
added to all orders under $200 of the net invoice value.
Size Variation
In accordance with generally accepted industry
standards and practice, variations in the size of under or
over 1/8” or 10% in capacity are considered acceptable.
Factory Direct Orders
Dudson USA Inc. will accept “factory direct” orders
from authorized dealers and distributors that ship
directly from the UK factories. The minimum order size
for these factory direct orders is 250 dozen per pattern
and five (5) cases per item. Dudson USA Inc. or the UK
factories will not accept purchase orders that do not
meet these minimum quantities. Please contact your

Custom Decoration
The quantities supplied are subject to plus or minus
10% of the quantity ordered according to generally
accepted industry standards and practices. All orders
for custom decorations must be in writing and
cancellations or returns are not allowed. All orders for
custom decorations or custom products require a 50%
deposit before the purchase order will be processed.
Plate Covers and Lowerators
Because of the industry generally accepted
standard size variation of +/- 1⁄8", please
contact your Dudson sales respresentative
when sizing plate covers or lowerators.
