6. There should be co-operation between the partners concerning reports using
comparison between countries and the acknowledgement above should be used.
In addition acknowledgement of the partners who contributed the relevant data.
7. If there is a book emerging from the project, all partners should be consulted.
8. Every partner has the right to use the data of the other partners, but he/she should
inform the relevant partner that his/her data is being used . Approval is needed
but there will be no veto.
9. Copies of articles/reports/conference papers should be sent to Claire Wallace in
Vienna for archiving and for use in project reports.

Rights to Data
Survey data
After the end of the project, the data from the project should be for the exclusive
use of project participants for a period of TWO YEARS after the end date of the
project. After that, it will be publicly archived and available for general use.
Before this period, people not involved in the project would need to get the
permission of the Consortium and would be allowed to publish material as long a
a member of the Consortium was involved.
Other data (e.g. Reports)
Once the deliverable is delivered, it becomes a public document and is available
for use by project participants and by the general public. However, it should be
acknowledged using the form of words above.
Co-operation
Co-operation between project partners and teams is desirable and to be
encouraged in whatever form it takes.
The use of data should also take into account the regulations on access to
knowledge enclosed in Annex 2 of the contract.
If a team leader or partner or team member leaves the project, the access to the
data remains with the rest of the consortium, as set out in Annex 2 of the
contract.
Note that the copyright for the data and publications lies with the individuals
involved in the Consortium and not with the institutions in which they work.
