<strong>XEA500</strong> - Flexible and Rugged up to I/O<br />

Guidance systems are the core of each system and<br />

cannot be a compromise in stability and flexibility.<br />

AutomationX is meeting these requirements with its<br />

product <strong>XEA500</strong>. It offers the necessary ruggedness<br />

while using the most modern technology.<br />

The <strong>XEA500</strong> offers as a DCS-system the flexibility of<br />

modern, software-based automation systems while<br />

maintaining common stability. Technical highlights<br />

are its 19” installation, hot-plug capability, CPU<br />

redundancy and a redundant real time Ethernet<br />

connection at the I/O level, whereby each slave<br />

node also has a Profibus-DP Master interface for<br />

standard periphery.<br />

The <strong>XEA500</strong> with these characteristics is exceptionally<br />
