<strong>The</strong> <strong>Layia</strong> <strong>Dahlia</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong> in Al Barsha <strong>Dubai</strong> will<br />
be a 4 Star <strong>Hotel</strong> with 240 rooms located near<br />
the Mall <strong>of</strong> the Emirates, and <strong>Dubai</strong> Media and<br />
Internet Cities. <strong>The</strong> project involves construction<br />
<strong>of</strong> a hotel comprising 4 basement levels, a<br />
ground floor and 12 additional floors and will<br />
feature a restaurant, café, conference rooms,<br />
gym, spa, and outdoor swimming pool.<br />
Project Description<br />
<strong>Layia</strong> <strong>Dahlia</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong> will be constructed on plot<br />
No 373-1403 and the proposed project site<br />
covers 2,454 sq. m <strong>of</strong> total area. In general, the<br />
proposed project site includes the following land<br />

Retail Shops (445sqm GFA)<br />
Offices (4,069sqm GFA)<br />
Meeting Rooms (671sqm GFA)<br />
