General Conditions: The Extended Warranty program is offered for Elo TouchSystems touchmonitors and touchcomputers only. Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty covers the cost of<br />
repair or replacement, at Elo’s discretion, for defects in workmanship and materials. Repair(s) includes labor, parts, new packaging, and the cost of freight to return the repaired product to<br />
the end user. Damage that Elo determines to be caused by freight handling, improper packaging, or any alterations/modifications to the original Elo design, are not covered. Additionally, the<br />
user is responsible for return freight charges and providing adequate packaging.<br />
