資 料 或 文 件 不 全 、 或 前 婚 姻 不 清 而 被 關 島 政 府 拒 絕 簽 發 結 婚 證 書 時 , 本 公 司 恕 不 負 責 。
If Wedding Photo, Video CD-Rom is included, the delivery time is 3 weeks to 2 months after the ceremony from Wedding Company to the customers directly (information is subject
to change). 如 包 括 攝 影 照 片 光 碟 、 攝 錄 光 碟 服 務 , 有 關 文 件 約 在 婚 禮 完 結 後 3 星 期 至 2 個 月 以 郵 寄 至 新 人 府 上 。

SUGGESTED SERVICE TIPS 建 議 當 地 小 費 :
‣ To local tour guide - US$5 per person 導 遊 機 場 接 送 服 務 每 位 US$5
‣ To workers during the wedding ceremony (i.e. wedding coordinator, wedding assistants, cosmetologist, photographer, etc) – US$20 per person per day 為 新 人 服 務 的 婚 禮 工 作
人 員 〔 如 婚 禮 統 籌 員 、 助 理 員 、 化 妝 師 、 攝 影 師 等 ..〕 每 位 US$20
‣ Please ensure to read the «Guam Wedding Supplement 01» before booking the package. 訂 購 套 票 前 敬 請 務 必 仔 細 閱 讀 « 關 島 婚 禮 須 知 及 備 註 01»。
Remarks:
Package is valid for departure Hong Kong from 1Apr & complete hotel stay until 31Dec2013 (last check-out date).
Valid on electronic ticket only. Booking Class: W. Ticket validity for maximum 8 days.
In the event that hotel stay involves both high and low selling prices, the high selling price will be applied for the entire stay, including extension nights.
Departure taxes, HK airport security charge HK$40, airlines fuel surcharge and HK$30 service fee are not included.
Full Payment is required at time of booking.
Air Ticketing Policy:
a. 30 working days or more before departure Within 7 days after reservations is made
b. 0-29 working days before departure No reservation is accepted
Once booking is confirmed, the package is non-refundable.
Penalty will be levied for any amendment after confirmation of booking:
a. 46 working days or more before departure: 50% of the total package price
b. 45 working days before departure / no show / under-stay: Full package price
Once documents are issued, NO amendment is allowed.
Hotel reserves the right to charge for early check-in and late check-out (normal check in time at 1500 and check out time at 1200).
Hotel Room Type is only used to specify the maximum number of persons that can be accommodated. Number of bedding and extra bed policy may vary at different hotels. Sofa bed or day bed
may be provided.
Hotel Grading and room type are served as reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.
