KITCHEN’S TRAVEL FUND<br />

The Kitchen’s Travel <strong>Fund</strong> was established in honor of the Kitchen’s family as a way to<br />

assist members of Little People of America in attending the annual <strong>National</strong> <strong>Conference</strong>. To<br />

qualify <strong>for</strong> the fund the applicant must meet the following criteria:<br />

1) must be a first-time attendee of a <strong>National</strong> <strong>Conference</strong><br />

2) must be a paid member of LPA in good standing, and<br />

3) any minor child must be accompanied by an adult/guardian<br />

Please fill out the application below, and submit a cover letter explaining why you should<br />

qualify <strong>for</strong> the fund. In the cover letter (if possible), provide the name of an LPA member<br />

(non-family) as a reference.<br />

Deadlines <strong>for</strong> applications will be April 30. Applicants will be notified by phone or e-mail by<br />

June 1.<br />

*Applications will not be accepted via e-mail. The confirmed deadline date is the postmark date on the<br />

envelope, not the date on the paperwork.<br />

Please be aware that if you are chosen, no monies will be awarded until you are<br />

actually at the conference, there<strong>for</strong>e, make your conference reservations as soon as<br />

Note: Since funds <strong>for</strong> travel is limited and LPA tries to help as many applicants as<br />

possible, please understand total expenses are not covered.
