Stainless Steel P006 - P009<br />
Due to the small size of AirPicker end-effectors, the corrosion<br />
resistance and strength of stainless steel are available without<br />
adding a significant amount of weight. The P006 –P009 sizes have<br />
a single air passage at the top with a threaded<br />
body for mounting.<br />

Steel (Plated) P010 - P025<br />
Plated steel is an inexpensive and durable<br />
material for the mid-range size picker endeffectors.<br />
The P010 – P025 have two tapped<br />
holes, one for the air fitting, the other as a<br />
mounting attachment. The hole that is not used<br />
for the air passage must be plugged to prevent air<br />
loss.<br />

Aluminum P035 - P055<br />
Strong, lightweight aluminum is used for the larger<br />
AirPicker end-effector (P035 – P055). The P035<br />
has identical mounting and air passage design as<br />
the smaller P010-P025. The P045 and P055 also<br />
have two tapped holes, along with three equally<br />
spaced mounting holes on top to handle their<br />
greater load capacities.<br />
Aluminum G020 - G050<br />
G020 – G050 AirGripper end-effectors<br />
all have identical mounting configurations.<br />
Each aluminum body has four equally spaced<br />
mounting holes drilled and tapped along the<br />
outside diameter. One air passage is also<br />
provided as the inlet/outlet.<br />
