RELEASE:
All precautions will be taken to prevent accidents. Simple
First-Aid will be administered to all minor injuries. Parents
and/or paramedics, ambulance, or doctor may be called
when necessary. It is hereby agreed that I, my child(ren),
my heirs and executors, and all party guests waive and
release all rights and claims for damages that we may have
at any time at Rutgers Gymnastics. The risks involved in
respect to such a program are fully understood. This
release is valid at all terms or months my family and party
guests are enrolled. By signing this release, I and all my
guests, agree to all policies and rules stated in this
information packet and, understand that there is a risk of
injury or if rules are not followed.

Rutgers Recreational Gymnastics
Birthday Parties
Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday at
Rutgers Gymnastics!
You will have use of our 6,000 square foot
facility for one hour of fun with our highly
qualified staff. The children will warm up, and
then be lead through gym activities that will
include a gymnastics obstacle course, tumble
track, foam pit, games, and other entertainment.
The children will then move to the party room
for a half hour of refreshments that you provide.
We will provide you with enough tables and
chairs to accommodate your guests.
Our parties are recommended for children
5 years old and up.

Interested in Gymnastics Classes for your Child?
We have them!
Rutgers Recreational Gymnastics Program is a fundraiser for
the Rutgers Gymnastics Team, and offers a wide variety of
classes and levels that will fit almost any schedule. Most
importantly, our program is fun, educational, and maintains
focus on proper technique as students develop strength,
flexibility, and various skills on different apparatuses. We offer
Pre-School, Kindergym, Cheer Tumble, High School Gymnastics
and Beginner to Advanced classes for ages 2 to 18. Our staff is
USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and CPR certified. Registration
for classes can occur at any time during the session and we
prorate our tuition accordingly!
Ask about how to receive a coupons for a free trial class
for you and your party guests!

Pricing Information
Parties include 1 hour of gymnastics, and 30
minutes in the party room. Parties are not
recommended for children under 5 years old.
Party Fees:
1-8 Children (1 Instructor) $185.00
9-15 Children (2 Instructors) $250.00
16-24 Children (3 Instructors) $300.00
Extra 1/2 hour in party room +$75.00
A nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 is required
with registration. You will receive gymnastics
invitations when you place your deposit.
Available Party Times
Saturdays 2:30-4:00pm
Sundays 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm
Please contact the office to make sure the date and time
you want for your party is available. Parties need to be
scheduled at least 3 weeks before the proposed party
date.
Rules & Regulations
The following rules are for the safety of all children, guests, and
coaches at the party. By registering, you and your guests agree
to follow all rules and regulations.
1. All party participants must be over 5 years old and have their
invitation/waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Any additional
participants will be an extra charge.
2. If a diaper needs to be changed, please take advantage of the
changing station in the restroom.
3. There is no food or drink allowed in the gym.
4. All children participating in gymnastics must remove any shoes,
hats, jackets, jewelry or loose clothing before entering gymnastics
area. All hair must be pulled back. No jeans please.
5. All children are expected to stay with their group and follow
directions. If they cannot, they will be invited to sit with the
parents and other guests.
6. When taking pictures or video, there is no flash photography
permitted
7. There is no running allowed in the gym or party room.
8. No one is allowed on the equipment before or after the
gymnastics portion of the party. No one is allowed on the
equipment without an instructor. All participants must wait with
their parents until called onto floor by party instructor.
9. No yelling, please!
10. Only one person on the equipment at a time.
