THAT Council ratifies and confirms the following resolution adopted
at the January 10,2011 Committee of the Whole meeting of Council:

REAPPOINTMENT
AND TERMS OF
REFERENCE
REVISIONS
,THAT Councit re-appoints Km Tregaskis and Krm Nasipayko fo
the Communities in Bloom Committee for two (2) years;
AND FURTHER, approves an amendment to the Terms of
Reference to etiminate the Greater Vernon Seryices Sfaff Person
as a member, and include wording that Greater vernon Parks
wilt participate in the Committee as directed by the Regional
District of Notth Okanagan;
AND FIJRTHER, by amending the reference of the .C¡ty
Gardnef' to "Ho¡Ticulturist", as a Sfarï Person on the Committee.'

THAT Council ratifies and confirms the following resolution adopted
at the January 10,2011 Committee of the Whole meeting of Council:

'THAT Council directs staff to amend the Council Remuneration
Policy to reftect the timeline for claiming meeting expenses fo
January 31"t of each Year;
AND F|JRTHER, that for 2010 the final date for submrssion be
extended to February 16th, as Councittor O'Keefe is on vacation.

THAT Council ratifies and confirms the following resolution adopted
at the January 10,2011 Committee of the Whole meeting of Council:
Mr. Dale Rintoul, Planner reviewed detailed information, and confirmed
that the proposed revisions to DVP00204, would be not be considered as
'assisting', and would therefore, not require a Partnership Agreement.

'THAT Councit adopts the recommendation from the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee to revise the approval.conditions of
Development Variance Permit #00204 (3912 - 30u' Avenue) to
eliminate the off-site works requirement for sidewalk, curb and
gutter, subiect to the Housing Agreement being adopted.'
CARRIED, with Gouncillor Spiers opposed.
