To conclude, we would like to mention in what follows further steps for the analysis:
1. Take into account the potential influence of family and social network in health care services
utilization. The empirical literature show that in poor settings family and social ties might
have a relevant role in hindering or enhancing the adoption of better health care practice.
2. Extend the analysis to the effect of the reform on child health to explore also potential
intergenerational benefit.
