The <strong>J750</strong> <strong>In2</strong> is a standalone column<br />
manipulator designed for the<br />
<strong>Teradyne</strong> <strong>J750</strong> test system. This<br />
general purpose manipulator allows<br />
the tester to dock in any DUT<br />
orientation (up, down, vertical),<br />
providing flexibility in both final and<br />
wafer test environments. The <strong>In2</strong> has<br />
a small form factor reducing cost and<br />
test floor space requirements.<br />
