J750 In2 Standalone Manipulator
IT-000-00(512) and IT-070-00(1024)
The J750 In2 is a standalone column
manipulator designed for the
Teradyne J750 test system. This
general purpose manipulator allows
the tester to dock in any DUT
orientation (up, down, vertical),
providing flexibility in both final and
wafer test environments. The In2 has
a small form factor reducing cost and
test floor space requirements.
Teradyne provides "one-stop-shop"
convenience for your test cell needs
with integrated sales and product
support across the large worldwide
installed base.
