Mobile Laundry tub, StainLESS StEEL 

This specialized cart is constructed of a 

solid weld, STAinLeSS STeeL, tube frame, 

with 4 swivel castors (Ø 75 mm). The tubs 

are made of durable polymer.

Mangle Stands 

The frame of the mangle stand is made of STAinLeSS STeeL. 

The surface of the horizontal tube is covered with rubber to 

ensure good positioning of laundry and to avoid sliding off.

made of a heat resistant laminate, which is also resistant to

Mobile anodized aLUMiniUM containers 

Mobile containers with all around creasing. 

These containers can be used for transporting linen, as 

well as any other bulk goods. 

The high stability is a result of it‘s all around creasing. 

Standard containers are equipped with 2 fixed and 

2 swivel castors.

Extra Large Mobile Container, aLUMiniUM anodized 

A piece of 250 mm depth has been cut out of one of the longer sides of this aluminium container. The case is reinforced by the all 

around creasing. The standard container is equipped with 2 stem and 2 swivel castors. 

The mobile container is delivered in anodized design.

anodized aLUMiniUM Container with Load Leveller 

These containers facilitate work in the laundry, as the 

goods being loaded are constantly kept at the same working 

level. 

The base is fitted with spring-suspension and is cast in tub 

form. it is guided by solid nylon castors at the front, which 

are seated in sturdy metal brackets. 

All standard models of containers with spring-suspension 

have the following loading capacities: 

TBA 40 = 50 kgs and TBA 41 = 100 kgs. 

Other spring tensions are available on request. 

The container is made of anodized aluminium and is 

equipped with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors (1-2-1).

Water-tight anodized aLUMiniUM Container 

This container has smooth sides and bottom, which are 

welded together. it also has a removable base with holes 

for drainage. 

The drain in the bottom of the container can be closed by 

means of a faucet. 

The container is equipped with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors.

aLUMiniUM Bulk Linen transport Carts 

Bags filled with dirty laundry, 

especially those from operating 

rooms and intensive care 

wards, as well as garbage 

bags, should only be transported 

in closed containers. Our 

models TBA 55 e and TBA 66 e 

made of anodized aluminium 

have been especially designed 

for this application. 

These carts all have hinged lids 

which open lengthwise. Two 

handles are mounted at the 

cart to allow easy manoeuvring. 

Models TBA 55 SG and 

TBA 66 SG have an additionally 

reinforced bottom frame 

and wrap-around bumpers, 

which ensure an extra stability 

and a long life in the field. 

On Models TBA 55 e and TBA 55 SG, the front wall consists of three sections, which can be folded down as shown in the pictures 

below. This reduces the height that material needs to be lifted into the cart, to only 640 mm from the floor. This container has a 

loading capacity of 6 to 8 full 70L bags. 

TBA 66 SG 

Container Models TBA 66 e and TBA 66 SG, come standard with a bi-sectional , collapsible front wall. When this front wall is 

folded down, the loading height of the cart is reduced to 840 mm. A drainage faucet at the bottom of the cart is also standard 

equipment. Carts have a loading capacity of 10 to 12 full 70L bags and a load rating of 300 kg.

This cart is a combination of transport cart and bulk container. each cart has 2 folding 

shelves, which when folded down make the cart ideal for transporting soiled linen 

and laundry bags. When the shelves are folded up, fresh linen can be transported. 

The HC 171 is much more flexible. nearly each conceivable constallation of shelves is 

possible. As this wire container is easy to assemble, it can also be delivered in an 

economical knocked down version. (Please add UM to the model#). 

Fittings: 2 shelves, 1 put on coat hanger tube, 2 rigid and 

2 swivel castors with brake (Ø 125 mm).

When loading more than 200 kg upper enforcement bar is 

recommended. 

Our bulk transport carts are made for collecting or distributing full laundry 

bags and other goods. 

Four donut bumpers at each corner prevent damage to doors and walls (TW 

2160 standard without donut bumpers). 

These carts can be delivered with an optional rear enclosure. The rear enclosure 

panel can also be easily added to existing carts. 

Carts are made of an all STAinLeSS STeeL frame construction. 

The solid bottom-shelf is washable and disinfectable.
