Resort entry<br />
Visitors to <strong>Mt</strong> <strong>Buller</strong> or <strong>Mt</strong> Stirling pay an<br />
entry fee as they pass through the gates<br />
at Mirimbah. The single payment gives<br />
visitors entry to both mountains.<br />
Day visitors are required to pay $36 per vehicle to enter<br />
the Resort, while those staying overnight are charged an<br />
additional fee – $8 per night during the week and $16 per<br />
night on weekends. Season passes are also available.<br />
Monies generated by entry fees maintain essential<br />
infrastructure at <strong>Mt</strong> <strong>Buller</strong> and <strong>Mt</strong> Stirling such as roads,<br />
water treatment facilities, resort services and regional<br />
environmental initiatives.<br />
