(b) in paragraph 5 of Form No. 2c and in paragraph 3 of<br />
Form No. 2d by deleting the words “The minimum<br />
subscribed share capital of the Company is $______”;<br />
and<br />
(c) in Form No. 7, Form No. 8 and Form No. 8b by deleting<br />
the words “Minimum Share Capital of the Company $”.<br />
Revokes <strong>Companies</strong> (Minimum Share Capital) Order 2000<br />
45 The <strong>Companies</strong> (Minimum Share Capital) Order 2000 is revoked.<br />
Commencement<br />
46 Section 2B of the principal <strong>Act</strong> as enacted by section 3 of this <strong>Act</strong><br />
comes into operation on a day to be appointed by the Minister of Finance<br />
by Notice published in the Gazette.<br />
