For Corporate Clients<br />

1. Negotiate the bottom rental price for different staff levels.<br />

2. Negotiate the term of contract <strong>and</strong> payment method.<br />

3. Negotiate with key developers to accept Corporate<br />

/Bank Guarantee Letter, make sure payments are<br />

made in RMB <strong>and</strong> the Official tax invoice can be<br />

promptly obtained.<br />

4. Negotiate the payment of all the bills in advance for<br />

Shell (CHINA) Limited, once the bill arrives, then issue<br />

a payment notice together with the next month rental<br />

payment notice.<br />

5. Submit offer to HR for approval.<br />

Report the result of the negotiation process with <strong>Company</strong>’s Administration<br />
