RESPONSIBILITIES OF TROOP COMMITTEEMEN<br />
l. <strong>The</strong> Selection of a Scoutmaster and one or more Assistant Scoutmasters,<br />

Scoutmaster from time to time_on questions of policy affecting the proper interpretations of Scouting and the<br />
requirements of the institution with whiEh the Troop is connected.<br />

5. Encouraging the Scoutmastet and his Assistants and the members of the Troop in carrying out the Boy Scout Program as<br />

qqd will -cooperate with the Scoutmaster_in_securing the proper use of Uniforms, Badgcs and Insignia by members of the Troop.<br />

secute the Uniform and equipment and other expenses incidental to Scouting, and be alert to have a maximum number of'boys<br />
completely and correctly uniformed.<br />

$cout's general knowledge _of the_ subject as a result of his own application and study. In othet i'ords, practical knowledge rather than<br />
mere book knowledee is what is desirous.<br />
It is not witfiin the province of ihi Corrttrelot to add to or to takc away from the requiremenb for any test as stated in the HAITID.<br />

REGISTRATION FEES<br />
If applicant already holds an unexpired i'egisttation cettificate in another capacity, no fee is required rrith this application, unless<br />
he is ceashg activity in.the other capacity. In such case he should pay a proportionate fee to tlre expiration of this Troop,<br />
Annual Scoutet's fee is $1,00, but for periods of less than one ye-ar, registration will be at fees prdportionate to the periods to be covered,<br />
