The day introduced by Pablo Reyes VP Operations <strong>IP</strong><br />

<strong>UserGroup</strong> Latino, includes an extensive program of<br />

educational seminars, along with an exhibition area<br />

with the latest products and services using <strong>IP</strong><br />

technology. Aimed at people on all "rungs of the<br />

knowledge ladder" the events are particularly<br />

worthwhile for Installers, Consultants and End-User<br />

extensive operational experience<br />

in business management. He has<br />

worked in companies developing<br />

technology for over 15 years,<br />

since last year is working on<br />

developing lines of business in Latin America for<br />

eConnect. He currently serves as Operations Manager.<br />

María Fernanda Barragán - Territory Sales Manager,<br />

Management Specialist. and now<br />

directs as territory manager for<br />

BOLIDE Technology Group, María<br />

Fernanda has accumulated<br />

extensive experitise and knowledge of the electronic<br />

security industry over their last 7 years with<br />

experience at different leading CCTV companies.<br />

During her career, María Fernanda has provided<br />

commercial and technical support (pre and post sale)<br />

to distributors, integrators and end users from various<br />

countries in Latin America. Similarly, she is an expert<br />

trainer and constantly transmits her industry<br />

knowledge to electronic security professionals in<br />

various seminars, consulting and online training.<br />

Marcos de la Cruz - Latin America Regional Sales<br />

Manager, Fluidmesh Networks Inc<br />

Marcos has been with Fluidmesh<br />

Networks since 2009. He has over<br />

10 years of sales experience in<br />

telecommunications companies,<br />

market integration and security.<br />

Prior to joining Fluidmesh, he<br />

held positions of Sales Manager for Anixter Peru and<br />

Peru Satra. He spent two years developing the market<br />

for wireless security technologies at Netkrom and a<br />

year as Marketing Manager Hellermann Tyton LTDA.<br />

Juan Carlos George - Sales Manager Mexico, Central<br />

and South America, Milestone Systems<br />

Juan Carlos George currently<br />

serves as Sales Manager for<br />

Spanish-speaking Latin America<br />

at Milestone Systems. He has<br />

been in the security sector since<br />

1993, first working as a security<br />

systems integrator to be in your current job, where he<br />

has been involved with Milestone since 2002, starting<br />

with Mexico, after taking control of Central America in<br />

2005 approx. and finally, taking control of South<br />

America in 2009 (except Brazil). His work experience<br />

has helped in the aopoyo sales and support channels,<br />

guiding them in how to take advantage of open<br />

platform solutions selling Milestone<br />

César Gonzélez - Vice President of Sales, International,<br />

DIGIOP Technologies<br />

Caesar was fundamental in the<br />

development of a widely<br />

recognized brand internationally<br />

for the products of DIGIOP . He<br />

has over 15 years of experience in<br />

international marketing in the CCTV , control access ,<br />

fire and theft markets. He has worked for DIGIOP since<br />

July 2003 . Before joining DIGIOP , Caesar was the<br />

Director of Marketing of Honeywell International.<br />

As Vice President of International Sales, Caesar is<br />

responsible for successfully marketing DIGIOP in the<br />

Latin America region. Cesar has a degree in<br />

engineering electronics and engineering<br />

electromechanical.<br />

Manuel Hernández - Sales Manager for South America<br />

& the Caribbean, LRG International - Arecont Vision,<br />

Exacq Technologies & Iluminar Inc<br />

Originally from Venezuela, Manuel<br />

has 21 years experience in<br />

electronic security. He completed<br />

his studies in Computer<br />

Engineering, Technician Electrical<br />

and Electronic. He currently serves as Vice President of<br />

Sales for South America and the Caribbean for LRG<br />

International.<br />

Diego Lozano - Director Div of Safety, ScanSource<br />

Security<br />

Diego A. Lozano, Industrial<br />

Engineering with specialization in<br />

Telecommunications and with<br />

over 12 years experience in the<br />

field of electronic security for<br />

Latin America and the Caribbean. During his extensive<br />

work experience has been playing in management<br />

positions in marketing and sales of electronic security<br />

solutions to both manufacturers and wholesalers, this<br />

has afforded her a deep understanding of market<br />

trends and key players, among others. He currently<br />

serves as Director of the Security Division of<br />

ScanSource Latin America, leading the team in this<br />

business unit and with the clear intention to develop<br />

distribution schemes that transfer value-added chain<br />

competitiveness in marketing of different<br />

manufacturers they represent.<br />

Sergio Mazzoni - Territory Manager, HID Global<br />

Electronic Engineering with a<br />

concentration in Business.<br />

Currently performing as territory<br />

manager for HID Global, Sergio<br />

Mazzoni has accumulated<br />

extensive experience and<br />

knowledge of the electronic security industry over<br />

their last 12 years of experience in different industryleading<br />

companies and access control ID.<br />

In your work experience has provided commercial and<br />

technical support (pre and post sale) to distributors,<br />

integrators and end users from various countries in<br />

Latin America. Similarly, it is an expert trainer and<br />

consistently transmits his industry knowledge and<br />

technical applications, different electronic security<br />

professionals in various seminars, consulting and<br />

online training. Its function is also the development of<br />

new lines and business models in the region.<br />
