Method: Bowl from wider position on crease.<br />
Open coil - more chest on.<br />
Look inside arm. Back foot points<br />
down pitch.<br />
Front foot in line with or outside<br />
back foot. High bowling arm on<br />
release.<br />
Feel as though pushing ball to<br />
legside.<br />
Bowling arm does not followthrough<br />
