The RGMS range of mechanical guillotines are designed for fast accurate cutting of mild steel up to 5mm. Now 

available in eleven capacities with either the standard manually operated backgauge or the optional advanced 

Elgo NC programmable powered backgauge.

MORGAN RUSHWORTH HSGS 


The powerful Morgan Rushworth HSGS range of hydraulic swing beam guillotines are high performing, 

powerful and of a modern operator friendly design. The HSGS series are manufactured with a strong 

steel welded frame and are available in 6 and 8mm capacities. One new feature is the optional new 

advanced front light guard design. This consists of multiple beams directed across the front of the 

blade and hold downs, which immediately switches the machine off if interrupted. The advantage 

of this innovative system ensures both increased operator safety and vastly improved vision to the 

work piece as the traditional guard is no longer necessary. The HSGS range also benefits from the 

standard fitment of stainless steel cutting blades. The Elgo NC controller ensures accurate cutting and 

complete cutting lists with quantities can be programmed for efficiency.

The Morgan Rushworth range of Hydraulic swing beam guillotines are designed for fast cutting of steel 

sheets up to 20mm. Motorised backgauge with NC controller, quick blade adjustment, front squaring 

arm and table with rollerways ensures easy yet accurate shearing.

MORGAN RUSHWORTH HSV CNC HYDRAULIC GUILLOTINES 

The Morgan Rushworth HSV CNC range of variable rake guillotines are heavy duty, strong machines designed 

for a long working life. The CNC controller automatically calculates and adjusts the blade gap, the backgauge 

position, cutting angle and stroke length simultaneously once the data is entered. Therefore the strokes per 

minute cutting cycle is significantly increased. The cutting angle automatically adjusts according to material 

thickness minimising the twisting of sheet during the cutting cycle.

MORGAN RUSHWORTH PB NC HYDRAULIC PRESSBRAKES 

The conventional PB NC series pressbrakes arc manufactured with a heavy duty welded steel frame with 

strong torsion bar and hydro mechanical balancing system ensuring a long working life. PB machines range 

from 35 tonnes through to 300 tonnes with a bending length of up to 4100mm. 

All PB machines accept eurostyle tooling and are supplied with digital readouts for stroke control and for the 

power backgauge position. 

Side and rear guards with electrical interlocks are fitted as standard for increased safety.

MORGAN RUSHWORTH PBS CNC HYDRAULIC PRESSBRAKES 

The new Morgan Rushworth PBS CNC range of hydraulic pressbrakes are fitted with the new ESA CNC 

controller to enable offline programming from PC. Multi bend operations with complex forms can thus be 

effectively managed reducing operator error and over or under bending. 

The Y1 and Y2 axis arc fully synchronised and accurate to 00.1mm with proportional valve technology. 

Monoblock welded steel frame ensures minimum deflection under maximum load. The PBS CNC range spans 

1250mm x 40T machines up to 4100mm x 300T models. 

A comprehensive range of options including anti-deflection tables are available to fully ‘tailor’ machines to 

customer requirements.

BAYKAL APHS CNC HYDRAULIC PRESSBRAKES 

BAYKAL APHS CNC hydraulic pressbrakes are fitted as standard with the new Cybelec DNC ModEva 12S 2D 

Multi axis controller which is a very user friendly and intuitive programming unit. 

While data input into the ModEva 12S is very rapid, there is also the option of preparing the production off-line 

on a PC with the software provided, enabling feasibility checks prior to production. Multi bend operations 

with complex forms can therefore be effectively managed reducing operator error and over or under bending. 

All axes are fully synchronised and accurate to 0.01mm utilising proportional valve technology. Monoblock 

welded steel frame ensures minimum deflection under maximum load. 

The APHS CNC range spans 1250mm x 40T machines up to 8100mm x 1000T models. A comprehensive 

range of options including anti-deflection tables, sheet follower supports and laser angle measuring systems 

are available to fully ‘tailor’ machines to customer requirements.

The new Baykal APHS-NEO CNC hydraulic pressbrake features the latest energy saving hydraulic systems 

and an advanced frame design. The NEO has a 3150mm bending length with 200 Tonne bending pressure. 

The benefits of the new hydraulic system include 100% energy saving when at top dead centre, 45% saving
