Staff Awards 2014
On Tuesday 2nd September nearly 200 colleagues and service users got
together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Eden Futures by recognising
and highlighting the great support that staff give every day.
There were 10 categories | Over 200 people nominated | 44 Finalists | 10 Winners
The winners are:
• Best Listener - Bev Rodgers – Mansfield
• Most Helpful - Tracy Cumberland – Newark
• Most Fun - Steve Hudson – Rotherham
• Best Team Player - Audrey Drummond – Newark
• Unsung Hero - Haydn Young – Head Office
• Role Model - David Draper – Mansfield
• New Comer - Vicky Kay – Lincoln
• Significant Achievement - Mel Proctor – Nuneaton / Coventry
• The Kevin Dixon – Team Awards - Kevin Dixon Team – Tuxford
• Best Support Worker - Hannah Owens – Mansfield
Sam Wellington, Quality Director, said: “It
was a privilege to join colleagues from
across the organisation in celebrating the
differences everyone makes to people’s
lives – on a daily basis. It was a particular
joy to share the celebration with people
who use our services. It is my hope that
we continue to publicly praise all that our
people achieve with similar events over
the coming years.”
