• Servo drives for carriages, turret discs and net packaging
• By using lighter materials the dynamic increases at high stability

El nuevo diseño contemporáneo de la máquina de plisar y del empaquetado de red le permite un reequipamiento
más rápido y una mejor productividad.
• Se pueden procesar tripas de plástico, de fibra y de colágeno (tripas curvadas a petición)
• Disponible en tres tamaños de construcción de diámetro Ø 19 mm a Ø 220 mm
• Nuevo concepto de manejo con pantalla táctil (multilingüe y bien estructurada)
• Servomotores para carros, platos revólver y empaquetado de red
• Al mejorar la estabilidad aumenta la dinámica debido al uso de materiales más ligeros

Bewährtes Raffsystem – fortschrittliche Technik
Der Axialraffkopfträger und die Axialraffköpfe sind seit vielen Jahren fester Bestandteil von hochwertigen Raffmaschinen
unterschiedlicher Hersteller auf der ganzen Welt. Die einfache Handhabung und die bei ihrer Einführung
aussergewöhnliche Raffqualität haben zu ihrer inzwischen weiten Verbreitung geführt.
Mit den Raffköpfen der “RK a - Reihe”, bieten wir Ihnen die leichte Handhabung kombiniert mit weiterentwickelter,
zeitgemäßer Rafftechnologie für eine überragende Raffqualität. Durch die Form der Raffzähne ergibt sich eine um
20% bis 50% höhere Kompression des Materials gegenüber herkömmlichen Raffköpfen.
Es ist kein Umbau an der Raffmaschine erforderlich um die neue Rafftechnologie nutzen zu können. Die Raffköpfe
der “RK a - Reihe” lassen sich überall dort verwenden, wo Sie bisher auch schon Axialraffköpfe eingesetzt haben.
Axial shirring head
Approved shirring system – advanced technology
The axial shirring head support and axial shirring heads have been standard components in high-quality shirring
machines from diverse international manufacturers for a number of years. The current broad distribution can be attributed
to the fact that the machines are easy to use and display exceptional shirring quality when implemented.
The “RK a - series” shirring heads offer easy handling combined with more advanced, state-of-the-art shirring technology
for outstanding shirring quality. The form of the shirring teeth creates an increase of 20% - 50% in material
compression compared to conventional shirring heads.
The shirring machine does not need to be modified to enable application of the new shirring technology. The
“RK a - series” shirring heads can be used everywhere, where the axial shirring heads have been used to date.

El soporte del cabezal de plisar axial y los cabezales de plisar axial son desde hace años una parte fija de las
máquinas de gran calidad de distintos fabricantes de todo el mundo. El sencillo manejo y la calidad de plisar
extraordinaria en su introducción han dado lugar a su amplia divulgación.
Con los cabezales de plisar de la “serie RK a”, le ofrecemos el manejo sencillo combinado con la tecnología de plisar
actual perfeccionada para una calidad de fruncido sobresaliente. La forma de los dientes del cabezal de plisar
consigue una compresión del material de un 20% a un 50% más comparado con los cabezales convencionales.
No es necesaria ninguna modificación en la máquina de plisar para poder utilizar la nueva tecnología de plisar. Los
cabezales de plisar de la “serie RK a” se pueden utilizar allí donde hasta ahora también habían insertado
cabezales de plisar axiales.

Durch den Einsatz von Darmhalteklammern mit einstellbarem oder aktivem Spannsystem gehören Probleme mit
Ihrer automatischen Verpackung zur Vergangenheit.
Bei dem einstellbaren Spannsystem lässt sich der Haltedruck auf die geraffte Raupe durch unterschiedliche Druckfedern
und einer Feineinstellung genau an ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen.
Das aktive Spannsystem arbeitet mit Luftzylindern. Diese halten die Raupe in jeder Situation sicher in der Darm -
halteklammer – und das ohne zusätzliche pneumatische Ventile.
Sie sind passend für alle gängigen Raffmaschinen mit automatischer Verpackung erhältlich.
Casing holding clamps
Casing holding clamps that really work
Casing holding clamps with an adjustable or active clamping system make automated packing problems a thing
of the past.
The adjustable clamping system allows the holding pressure on the shirred casing to be precisely adjusted to
your needs using a variety of compression springs and fine tuning.
The active clamping system utilizes pneumatic cylinders which hold the casing securely in the clamp in any
situation – without the need for additional pneumatic valves.
They are available to suit all current shirring machines with automated packing functions.
Pinzas de retención de tripa
Pinzas de retención de tripa que realmente funcionan.
Mediante el uso de las pinzas de retención de tripa con un sistema de tensado ajustable o activo, los
problemas con su embalaje automático pertenecen al pasado.
En el sistema de tensado ajustable se puede adaptar la presión de sujeción en la oruga plisada mediante los
distintos muelles de compresión y así conseguir un ajuste preciso de acuerdo con sus necesidades.
El sistema de tensado activo funciona con cilindros de aire. Estos retienen de forma segura la oruga en cada
situación en las pinzas de retención del intestino, y sin usar válvulas pneumáticas adicionales.
Están disponibles adaptados para todas las máquinas de plisado habituales con embalaje automático.
