The Salon Professional Academy Pre Enrollment Scholarship
The Academy provides scholarships to those students who demonstrate
the qualities needed to be successful in our industry. The student displays
the willingness and desire to make a difference.
The student will fill out the scholarship application and enrollment
application and return it to the director of admissions 30 days prior to class
start date. The scholarship committee will select the recipients based on
the criteria stated below.
Criteria not considered in any particular order
1. Complete the application attached.
2. Compose a statement of no more than two pages describing why
you want a career in the beauty industry. Be specific explaining
why you chose this field and what you expect to accomplish.
3. Provide two typed personal character reference letters.
There are four scholarships available and will be applied toward tuition at
the end of the training.
Gold Scholarship Half Tuition
Silver Scholarship Quarter Tuition
Bronze Plus Scholarship $2,000 off Tuition
Bronze Scholarship $1,000 off Tuition
The scholarships are reviewed and selected by the TSPA Scholarship
Committee.
The student must maintain an 85% or above in both attendance and
grade average. The student must not have any suspensions. The student
must complete the course and fulfill all academic obligations. Otherwise,
the terms of the scholarship will be void and full tuition will be due.

Submit the application and personal statement along with two typed
personal references to the director of admissions prior to starting school.
