DESCRIPTION<br />

<strong>Filtrair</strong> <strong>G3</strong> <strong>HVAC</strong> media VNF-290 and PSF-200 are designed<br />

for coarse filtration of the air intake in general ventilation and air<br />

handling systems installed in public buildings, offices, factories<br />

and equipment of all kinds. The products are suited for high air<br />

volume applications which are heavily contaminated.<br />

The <strong>Filtrair</strong> <strong>G3</strong> <strong>HVAC</strong> media combine a high dust holding capacity<br />

with a low pressure drop and are therefore extremely cost<br />

effective with a long filter life.<br />

Synthetic fiber-based filter media developed and produced at<br />

<strong>Filtrair</strong> high-tech media plant based in The Netherlands. The<br />

filter media are constructed from selected high performance,<br />

non-breakable fibers in a progressive density multi-layering<br />

technique to ensure high depth loading with optimal lowest<br />

pressure drop performance, to achieve gravimetric arrestance<br />

in accordance with EN 779:2012 standard ratings.<br />

FLAMMABILITY RATINGS<br />

<strong>Filtrair</strong> VNF-290/PSF-200 conform to German fire classification<br />

standards (DIN 53438-F1) and are self-extinguishing. They<br />

are resistant to evaporated solvents and are produced in a<br />

100% silicone-free environment.<br />

<strong>Filtrair</strong> can offer other <strong>G3</strong> specialty products upon request.<br />

These products will cover fire rating standards according<br />

NF-P92-503/504, wash ability requirements and any other<br />

special purpose. Technical data are available upon request.<br />

VNF-290 and PSF-200 are thermally bonded to prevent fiber<br />

release. The clean air sides can be imprinted for easy identification<br />

to ensure the correct installation in pad, roll or pocket<br />

format.<br />
