AIR-OPERATED DIVERTER VALVE 

The Air-Operated Diverter Valve allows an operator to 

remotely control pressure in 20,000 psi cleaning applications. 

When air is sent to the cylinder, the valve closes 

and allows the system to build pressure. The valve opens 

when the air is released, reducing system pressure to 

drop to near atmospheric. It is especially useful in automated 

cleaning processes or to reduce operator fatigue 

by actuating the system pneumatically rather than 

mechanically.

MULTI-GUN VALVE (MGV) 

The MGV (Multi-Gun Valve) allows two dump style waterblast 

guns to operate independently when connected to 

one waterblast pump. The MGV will divide the pump's 

total flow between the guns and will maintain system 

pressure when either or both guns are dumping.

BYPASS VALVE 

HAND ADJUSTABLE 

A bypass valve diverts a portion of pump flow to a lowpressure 

outlet and is used on diesel and electric units. 

For diesel engines, it is used to prevent bogging the 

engine when using flows at the low end of the pump’s 

capability. A bypass valve is required on electric units due 

to the non-adjustability of motor speed.

SHUT-IN REGULATOR VALVE 

HAND ADJUSTABLE 

Required for use with shut-in systems on plunger pumps, 

the regulator valve maintains constant system pressure 

when operating one or more shut-in guns from a single 

pump. When a gun is disengaged, the regulator "senses" 

the reduction in flow downstream and shifts open just 

enough to divert water to a low pressure outlet, thereby 

maintaining pressure for other operators without overpressurizing 

the system.

NOZZLE SHUT-OFF VALVE 

NSOV 

The Nozzle Shut Off Valve (NSOV) is designed for use 

with dump style foot guns. The Nozzle Shut Off Valve 

completely stops all water flow to the cleaning nozzle in a 

waterblast operation while the foot valve is in its dump 

mode. 

. Allows the operator to freely move the nozzle without 

impairment of vision caused by sprayback (shown 

below) 

. Opens fully for unimpeded flow to the nozzle when 

blasting

HYDRO-THROTTLE 

HYDRAULIC THROTTLE CONTROL 

The Jetstream Hydro-Throttle is a hydraulic throttle control 

that enables the operator to reduce the engine to idle 

speed and relieve the system of high pressure when the 

gun trigger is released - saving water and fuel and reducing 

wear on the engine and pump. When the gun is again 

engaged, the Hydro-Throttle senses the change in pressure 

and increases the engine speed until the pump 

reaches the set operating pressure.

. Flexible control cable for quick, easy routing and 

minimal drag 

. Replaceable cartridge for fast field service or conversion

HIGH PRESSURE IN-LINE FILTER 

The High Pressure In-Line Water Filter is designed and 

built for durability and ease of use. It allows water to be 

filtered after the pump, providing maximum protection for 

control valves, spin nozzles, and other equipment that can 

be damaged by large particles in water. 

REPLACEMENT FILTER ELEMENT 

. Quick and easy filter cartridge style replacement 

. Base mounted, permitting the filter to be mounted at 

the pump or downstream between hoses 

. Pop-out internal relief valve protects the system from
