ADULT EDUCATION:
C.S. Lewis meets Sigmund Freud!
Today at 10:15, Brianna Laybourn
will give us a preview of a play
coming to town. Brianna earned
her Master’s Degree in Theology
and Contemporary Culture at Fuller Seminary. She
will preview the issues raised by Freud’s Last Session.
The show itself runs for three consecutive weekends,
beginning Feb. 28, at The Actors Summit (103 High
St.), Thur, Fri, and Sat evenings at 7:30 and Sun
afternoons at 2pm. We hope to get a good number
to attend the play and a dinner-discussion at a date
sometime in March. Start by coming to Adult Ed!

for Wednesday night Community Meals. (This is a
once a month commitment as multiple people share

Contemplative Prayer & Compline, 7-8:15pm,
Library. Prayer and reflection on writings in the
Christian tradition. We finish
by saying Compline together at 8:00pm.

Holy Conversations, 7pm, Parlor. A flexible
study of the Christian faith that allows discussion
to move from the text to a wide range of
contemporary issues and concerns. Led by The
Rev. Amjad Samuel. There will be no Holy Conversation
on Feb 27.
