FILTRAIR TC-150 (G2) Air Filter Medium
FILTRAIR AIR FILTER MEDIA
Application
Features
TC-150-Eng-A4-0609
Filtrair TC-150 synthetic fiber medium is specifically
designed to act as durable, low pressure drop pre-filter
and coalescer. It is easy to handle and to install in front
of final filter banks and protects subsequent filter
stages of combustion engine air intake systems and
HVAC plants from coarse dust and water droplets. TC-
150 pre-filters significantly prolong the life of final filters
and increase their operational safety. The TC-150 filter
medium is suitable for being used in any environmental
condition - including offshore, marine - and in any climate
- including tropical (high humidity).
Filter Medium
Filtrair designs and manufactures its own synthetic
filter media, such as the TC-150 medium. The depthloading
medium is manufactured in a progressive density
to ensure high dust holding capacity with lowest
pressure drop. TC-150 filter medium teams up perfectly
with Filtrair rigid pocket filters and Filtrair Optipleat
deep pleat box filters.
♦ For all types of environments, also for those with high
coarse dust, moisture and water mist content
♦ Proprietary, 100% synthetic polyester filter medium,
− with additional hydrophobic treatment at air entry
side - acts as a perfect coalescer
− with additional adhesive finish - for better particle
adherence (prohibits particle bounce)
♦ 100% humidity and water resistant - not collapsing like
glass pads, when loaded with water
♦ Low air flow resistance - only a fraction of that of a
glass pad
♦ Easy to handle and to install - no skin irritation
♦ Available in filter class G2 as per EN 779, in rolls or in
pads, cut to customer specifications
♦ TC-150 medium may be disposed off by incineration
