Weddings
At St Johns College we maintain a historical, unique setting for our
weddings and work with a talented team of people to create the style
and atmosphere that ensures a truly memorable, one off
experience for you and your guests.
With a perfect combination of inner city location within an iconic
property, everything can be catered for, including your entrance
through the 1936 built sandstone tower, for your wedding
ceremony in our elegant and timeless Chapel. Guests will then stroll
out to “Pre Champagne and Canape hour” in either our classical
tower or outside on our sun-kissed Quad.
Inclement weather options are available and depending on the
number of guests, they will then move indoors for your individually
planned reception. Entering through the Grand Staircase into
Brennan Hall or meandering up The Great Dining Hall steps and
through the elaborate doorway, your guests will transported into your
very own once in a life-time fairy-tale wedding celebration.

With its old world grace and charm along with the elegance,
grandeur and atmosphere of a bygone era, this timeless venue needs
little help to make your reception as memorable as you wish it to be.
Personalised Menu choices include Grand Banquets,
Grazing Cocktail-style Canapes or A la Carte dining.
The scrumptious food is prepared fresh from our in-house
kitchen using produce from Sydney’s premier suppliers.
We offer a wide range of carefully selected wine, beer and
non-alcoholic drinks for our events. However if there is a
particular beverage you would like to include in your package
we will endeavour to source it from our competent suppliers.

• On site 4 Star Bridal Suite located on our 4th floor with
magnificent bay windows and extensive views of Sydney
and the famous University gardens.
• Secure parking for all attending guests for the duration of
your wedding (During student break times only)
• A dedicated room for post-mortem the following day to
finish the celebration off in style (student break only)
This is our Silver Package with some additional extras. Please note a minimum guest count is
required for multiple room use, which can be discussed with your wedding coordinator.
