Fees must accompany wrestlers’ entries.<br />
High School rules with Kid’s modifications.<br />
All Wrestlers must have USA <strong>Wrestling</strong> Federation Card. Mandatory Headgear.<br />
Definition: A Novice Wrestler: First or second year wrestler who has not placed in more than 4 open tournaments,<br />
and has not won more than 4 novice tournaments.<br />
