Terms and Conditions<br />
Effective April 1, 2001<br />
PARTS ORDERS: For prompt and accurate service, please order all items by the <strong>Jacuzzi</strong><br />
Premium (JP) part number provided in this catalog. All orders may be faxed directly to the<br />
order department at (866) 924-7727, or to the service department at (909) 606-7727.<br />
All <strong>parts</strong> orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless otherwise authorized. Catalog prices are<br />
F.O.B., Chino, California and are subject to change without notice.<br />
Policies<br />
<strong>Jacuzzi</strong> Premium has a $15.00 order minimum for non-warranty orders. Any merchandise<br />
not in stock at the time of the shipment will be automatically placed on backorder and<br />
shipped as soon as possible.<br />
Returns<br />
All defective and non-defective <strong>parts</strong> must be accompanied by a Returned Goods/Labor<br />
(RGA) tag. All non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.<br />
Warranty<br />
All service <strong>parts</strong> are warranted to the original purchaser for 180 days (6 months), <strong>parts</strong><br />
only, no labor. The purchaser agrees to accept all <strong>parts</strong> with the understanding that our<br />
liability does not exceed the invoice value of the merchandise shipped.<br />
