Private transfer from & to Dubrovnik International Airport will be organized for participants on arrival to Dubrovnik Int. Airport
and on their departure. Please reserve your place inserting bellow your arrival / departure flight details.

Payment for the transfer fee is in cash during transfer
Your private transfer departure time from Dubrovnik (your hotel lobby or your private accommodation) to Dubrovnik
International Airport will be posted in the theatre “Marin Držić” lobby

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Prices of hotel accommodation are per person / per night and include buffet breakfast, local
visitors tax and 10% VAT. DEADLINE for hotel reservations is July 1 st 2010.
Reservations received after July 1 st will be processed based on room availability
• Prices of room in private accommodation are per person / per night and in clude room rent, local
visitors tax and 10% VAT. DEADLINE for private room reservations is August 1 st 2010.
• Available accommodation is limited and will be processed on basis “first come first serve”.
• If the offered accommodation is not available any more, DUBROVNIK SUN will assist participants in
finding suitable accommodation on request
• CANCELLATION: Notification of cancellation of hotel accommodation has to be sent to DUBROVNIK SUN
office in written form. Your credit card will be charged for the cost of the first night in case of cancellation
before September 1st. 2010. In case of cancellation on or after September 1st. 2010. or «No Show»
DUBROVNIK SUN is allowed to charge you for the cost of whole confirmed stay.
