VEHICLE DOCKING
Securely docked in the vehicle
via the docking station allows
LINX to be automatically
connected to expansion
systems to provide higher
functionality.
When LINX is docked, the built
in antennas switch off and the
unit automatically connects to
roof mounted antennas (if fitted)
for greater reception.
The docking station also allows the connection of other vehicle
equipment which can be controlled via LINX, or, when the unit
is undocked, via the function buttons at the base of the docking

DESKSTATION
The deskstation connects
LINX to an office network in
much the same way as a
standard desktop PC.
LINX can easily be docked in
the deskstation and data can
then be downloaded and
shared within the networked

allows the user to connect wirelessly to access databases or files held back at the office. The built in antennas
allow connection to HSPDA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS/GMS and TETRA networks giving the user the best
communication option for their environment. LINX features a large transflective colour touchscreen which
provides optimal brightness and contrast ratio in all lighting conditions - including direct sunlight.
