Dear <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Homeowner:<br />

We have two entry points into our Community. Our main <strong>Security</strong> Gate on <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Blvd which is manned 24 hours<br />

a day/seven days a week. Members and annual Tenants who have RFID Tags (barcodes) installed on their vehicles may<br />

use the right (outside) lane for entry into the community. All guests, friends, family, vendors, etc., must use the left<br />

(inside) lane and show proper identification to the security guards for entry into the community.<br />

The entry gate on Bonita Grande Drive is unmanned and is only usable by those with an RFID Tag on their vehicle. This<br />

gate is shut down daily from 10:00pm to 6:00am. All vehicles must use the main <strong>Security</strong> Gate entrance during that time.<br />

If you have not yet done so, please stop by the Administration Office to get an RFID Vehicle <strong>Information</strong> Form to fill out<br />

so that you may purchase your RFID tag and/or Key Fob. At this time, only Members and Annual (12 month) Tenants may<br />

receive an RFID Tag for their vehicle.<br />

Attached please find the <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Country Club <strong>Security</strong> <strong>Information</strong> Form. Many of our homeowners have<br />

indicated they have guests/service providers who frequently come into the community and they would like them to be<br />

permitted entry into <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> without receiving prior telephone notification to our security guards. If this applies<br />

to you, please take a few minutes to complete this form and list those individuals/service providers who are permitted<br />

entry at any time, including vendors who come in on a routine basis. Please return this form to the Club Administration<br />

Office or to the <strong>Security</strong> Department at your earliest convenience. This form must be update on an annual basis by<br />

November 1 st of each year, and all previous forms will be discarded at that time. In an on-going effort to keep <strong>Hunters</strong><br />

<strong>Ridge</strong> safe and secure, please review and follow the following rules and regulations:<br />

Call the <strong>Security</strong> Guardhouse (239-992-7691) and inform the guards when you have a guest arriving. If you have a<br />

guest arriving and the security guards have not been properly advised of such, the security guards will call your<br />

residence to seek permission to allow entry. Please know that if the guards cannot make contact with you to obtain<br />

permission to allow your guest entry, your guest will politely be denied entry.<br />

Please remember that solicitation is not allowed in <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong>. If someone comes to your residence trying to<br />

sell you something, and you were not expecting them, please call the security guardhouse immediately. Those persons<br />

are trespassing and the Lee County Sheriff’s Department will be called immediately.<br />

Automobile and golf cart garage doors must be closed at all times except when actively being used (Article VII,<br />

Section 12 of the <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> Master Declaration). The Lee County Sheriff’s Department cannot emphasize this<br />

enough! This is where a large number of burglaries take place throughout Lee County.<br />

Our security guards are tightening entry into our community. Please know that every non-resident must show a<br />

photo ID to gain entry. This also includes those listed on your Permanent <strong>Guest</strong> <strong>List</strong>, so please let those individuals<br />

know accordingly. There is space provided on this form for your permanent guests and also those vendors who come<br />

into the community on a regular basis, i.e. home watch service, pool service, landscaping service, etc.<br />

If you ever notice anything unusual, please call the <strong>Security</strong> Guardhouse immediately. Also, every visitor/nonresident<br />

automobile must have a <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> pass displayed on the windshield at all times. There are different<br />

colored passes for the various types of visitors/non-residents, but if you ever notice a vehicle without the pass<br />

displayed, please call the <strong>Security</strong> Guardhouse immediately.<br />

Please also remember that no vehicles of any type are to be parked on the roadways, at any time, throughout the<br />

entire <strong>Hunters</strong> <strong>Ridge</strong> development. Please also obey all posted speed limits within the community.<br />

All of us must take an active role in making our security the best it can be. We greatly thank you in advance for your<br />

helpful participation.<br />

will expire on October 31 st of each year. Unaccompanied, overnight guests require a completed<br />

<strong>Guest</strong> <strong>Information</strong> Sheet to be on file. The <strong>Guest</strong> <strong>Information</strong> Sheet is available on our website at<br />

www.huntersridge-ca.com under the DOCUMENTS section.<br />
