9 Joining Report/Acceptance Letter of Principal/Director/Head of
Institution and Joining Report

made to you online in your account)

15 List of eligible counselors with their qualification and Brief Detail who
will teach these courses if given by the University to the Institute/ College
(also enclose the acceptance letter of the Counsellors)

18 Lease Deed/Rent Agreement/Ownership Document
19 Internet Connection Confirmation Letter
20 Detailed Statement of Infrastructure like Computer Labs, Laboratories,
Rooms, Stores, Libraries, Equipments, Furniture, Toilets etc. as specified
in the guidelines.
