Copper Beryllium 33-25 CuBe2Pb H per DIN 17666 (ASTM B 196) for the Center Conductors<br />
TFE Fluorocarbon per (ASTM D 1710) for dielectrics where applicable<br />
TFE Fluorocarbon Borium Nitride sintered as dielectric at the High Power Connectors<br />
Silicone Rubber per DIN 3771 (A-A-59588A, Class 2B,) Grade 50 - 75<br />
Seal: Glass 7070 per in-house specifications<br />
Fe/Ni/Co Alloy (KOVAR) for the Inner and Outer Conductors of the Seal<br />
FINISH:<br />
Copper Beryllium and Kovar Parts: gold plated to a minimum thickness of .00005 inch (1.25 µm)<br />
in accordance with ASTM B 488, Type 3, Code C, Class 1.25.<br />
Stainless Steel: gold plated, thickness of 0000315 inch (0.8 µm) min. gold plating per ASTM B 488<br />
LIFE: Connect/Disconnect Life >500 Cycles<br />
ENVIRONMENTAL:<br />
Operating Temperature: -54ºC to +125ºC<br />
