Session Registrations will be a two-step process:
Pre-Registration + formal Registration
To facilitate Registration to the 2006 Session, the Central Office has decided to introduce a Pre-
Registration facility. (Pre-Registration is strongly recommended but not compulsory.)
A Pre-registration is only an indication of intended participation. It is not a commitment; yet this
tentative reservation allows delegates to benefit from our lowest rates (See Tariff I below).
Enclosed herewith is a ‘Pre-registration form’ which intended delegates are kindly invited to fill
in and forward to the Central Office by fax: +33 (0) 1 53 89 12 99 or Email: registrations@cigre.org
No payment must be sent with Pre-Registrations.
These are open now and will run up till 31 st March 2006.
FORMAL REGISTRATION
As from the beginning of April 2006 the General Programme (including tourist visits and
accommodation handled by Mathez Travel Agents) and the formal Registration form for the 2006
Session will be available on our site www.cigre.org ‘Session page’ .
As clearly indicated on the Form, delegates must send their formal Registration, as usual,
to their National Committee. If there is no National Committee in the delegate’s country
registrations must be sent to the CIGRE Central Office. In both cases, the corresponding
payment must be sent with the Registration Form.
